Fundraiser Volunteering
Knight of the Double Eagle Award.
Brethren, this is one of our biggest fundraisers. From 26 June to 4 July, we ask for assistance by supporting with time on managing, selling, bagging, night guard, or even inventory. This is a Knight of the Double Eagle award points-credited event worth 20 Points Per Hour. 25 Points if you perform night guard. In order to facilitate each brother, a minimum of two are required at all times in order to have one at all times if one needs to use the restroom or run for food.
Positions:
Managers: Run the register by accepting payments. Monitors funds during shift
Sales: Attend to customers and assist with purchases
Bagging: Helps customers gather all purchase items and bag them. Help with vehicle if big purchases.
Night Guard: To have presence during shutdown. A few hours or all night.
GOAL: TO SELL ALL BEFORE THE 4TH.
This is our biggest fundraiser that assists with Valley operations, charity, and maintenance. Otherwise, we will be looking at higher dues in the future. Family can join in. Light drinks and chairs provided. Power Generator, also if you want to bring a laptop or tablet and using your phone hotspot.
